Return and Refund Policy

Brenda Ford Studio — All Sales Final

All artwork purchased from Brenda Ford Studio is considered a final sale. Due to the original, handcrafted, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our stained glass artwork and sculptural creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Each artwork is carefully packaged for shipment. If your purchase arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at brenda@brendafordstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photographs of the artwork, and photographs of the original packaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Brenda Ford Studio will evaluate the circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement when required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
